We provide BAMER women who are experiencing domestic violence and abuse with free legal advice, information services and advocacy.

 

We will maintain confidentiality and tell no one that you have contacted us.

 

We offer women-only safe space so you can discuss your concerns and issues with us.

 

 We provide 1:1 advice and in our legal clinics on:

• domestic and sexual abuse

• housing

• injunctions, including non-molestation orders

• immigration issues

• no recourse to public funds

• advocacy or representation in courts

• basic legal rights

• civil matters

• family law.

 

Domestic violence covers the following:

• Physical abuse

• Emotional abuse

• Forced marriage

• Rape

• Sexual abuse

• Financial control

• Coercive control

• Female genital mutilation

• Harmful practices which includes so-called honour-based violence
